Conicelli Autoplex and Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

Conicelli Autoplex and Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, will conduct the contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST/PARTICIPATION
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Option 1 - Participants must come into a Conicelli Dealership ( Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken, Conicelli Honda, Conicelli Nissan, Conicelli Hyundai or Conicelli Toyota of Springfield) and pick up a "I Spy Mr. Nice Guy" magnet.
Option 2 - Go to the Conicelli Autoplex Facebook page to answer the Conicelli Autoplex weekly trivia question.
How to Play:
Option 1 - The participants will put the "I Spy Mr. Nice Guy" magnet on the back of their vehicle. If they are spied by a Conicelli Management team member, they will be contacted either in person or by phone. If you are spied you will win a $20 gift card and automatically be entered in to win the I Spy Mr. Nice Guy "Cash for the Holidays". No more than one person per day will win a gift card and be entered for the Cash for the Holidays.
Option 2 - The participants will be the first to correctly answer the Conicelli Autoplex weekly trivia question posted on Conicelli Autoplex's Facebook page. If you are the first correct answer you will win a $20 gift card and automatically be entered in to win the I Spy Mr. Nice Guy "Cash for the Holidays". No more than one person per week will win a gift card and be entered for the Cash for the Holidays.
Participants are eligible to win and be registered for the Grand Prize no more than 2 times - with a magnet being spied on their vehicle and also with Facebook trivia during the contest period.
Prize:
The Grand Prize winner will receive a $1000 American Express Gift Card, 2nd Place prize is a $350 American Express Gift Card and 3rd Place prize is a $150 American Express Gift Card.

Employees of the Company, the Company's advertising agency and its employees and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws", or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
The Company will disqualify any entry from any Participant who does not meet these eligibility requirements and the Company will delete an entry from any party under the age of 13, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
Publicity:
By participating, all participants and winners grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
Release:
By participating in the Contest, participants and winner waive any and all claims of liability against the Company, its affiliates, its employees and agents and their respective employees, for any personal loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
Taxes:
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information from the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner(s) must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security number before any prize will be awarded. Prize is not transferrable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Company will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent or false means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, printing errors, typographical errors, internet, electronic or any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, by any participant or any third party, or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate the contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions pertaining to the Contest will be made by the Company and such decisions are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PARTICIPANT AND TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Company shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing list of winners, providing specific written information about the Contest, etc, as required by local and state law. Each Participant submits to the personal jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The Grand Prize drawing will take place on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Conicelli Autoplex ( Honda New Car Showroom). Registration begins at 7:00 pm and the drawing will start promptly at 7:30 pm. Must be present to win. Entrants will choose a gift box, the individuals who open the gift box with the $1000 gift card notice, or $350 gift card notice or $150 gift card notice, will be the Grand Prize winner, 2nd Place winner and 3rd place winner. Participants who were eligible and registered who won no more than 2 times during the contest period will be eligible to choose a second gift box. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. Any winner who does not comply with the terms of this paragraph will forfeit his or her prize.
